Custom Pamper Packages and Couples/Group Bookings
We're delighted to tailor our services to meet your specific needs. For custom pamper packages or group bookings, kindly reach out to us at [email protected] with your requirements and details. Please keep in mind that couples or group bookings should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.

While we don't offer pregnancy massages, if you're beyond your first trimester, we invite you to choose from our selection of delightful facials.
Purchasing Gift Vouchers
You can easily purchase gift vouchers directly from our salon. To do so, book a 15-minute appointment option to visit us in-store and select your desired gift voucher package.
Running Late to an Appointment
If you arrive more than ten minutes late, you risk your appointment time being shortened. Please also note that the treatment cost will remain unchanged. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our services.
Contraindications and Health Concerns
In the event of a contraindication or if you have a health issue, injury, or recent surgery that may affect your desired treatment, we'll have a discussion to determine the best course of action. Please understand that any necessary adjustments will be made to ensure your well-being. We reserve the right to refuse service if your health or circumstances warrant it. In some cases, presenting a doctor's clearance may be all that's needed. When in doubt, consider obtaining a medical clearance. Your health and safety are our top priorities.
Should I Wear Makeup to My Treatment?
For facial treatments, it is recommended to arrive with a bare face to make the most of your pampering session. This ensures that your valuable treatment time is focused on rejuvenating and nurturing your skin. However, we understand that life can be hectic, and there may be occasions when you come straight from an event or work, and you have makeup on. Rest assured, this is totally fine.
Can I Bring Someone Else to My Appointment?
We kindly request that you arrive for your appointment without additional guests, unless of course, you have a couples or group booking. For new moms, if you'd like to bring your newborn, that's absolutely fine. Please be aware that your treatment time will remain the same, even if you need to pause briefly to tend to your baby's needs. However, for the safety of your child, we must emphasize that no toddlers or older children should be brought along, as it's not suitable for them to be walking around in the home salon. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
I have flu-like symptoms, tested positive for COVID-19, or someone in my household has COVID-19. What should I do about my appointment?
If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19, or someone in your household has COVID-19, we kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your health and the well-being of other clients are our top priorities. We understand that circumstances can change, and we will gladly accommodate your need to reschedule when you are feeling better and it is safe to do so. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain a safe environment for all.
